Terms of Service

1. Diagnostic Service Fee

Our standard service call includes an on-site visit by an experienced technician who conducts physical and electrical testing of your malfunctioning appliance in Alexandria, VA. A flat diagnostic fee applies. If you approve the written quote and authorize the repair during the initial diagnostic visit, the diagnostic fee is credited toward the total repair cost.

2. Authorization & Payment Terms

No repairs or parts replacements will proceed without explicit, prior verbal or written authorization from the homeowner or authorized property representative. Full payment is due upon successful completion and testing of the appliance. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and local bank checks.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand emergencies happen. Please notify our Alexandria dispatch desk at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled arrival window if you need to reschedule your appointment.
